« Very bad work and bad experience I do not recommend it the woman wit long black hair was very rude in front my little son! Very dissatisfied:-( Well this Elissa treat clients really bad my son who is 8 after the haircut was with a heart ears as she was rough! I was late to the appointment because I was lost and even like this I keep my word and attend to the appointment because I am no the kind of person leave people waiting! This Elissa was very aggressive and not nice person when I asked for the toilet as needed urgent she said NO because for the pandemic OH come on ! a good person never will negate a toilet to someone who really need and plus was her customer! After this I was very disappointed and frustrate how she left my son hair! I was sad told her I didn’t like it and she started screaming and be rude with me in front to my son :-( this upset me more that I want to run away. Really bad experience. Hope never happens to you. I was crying because never feel treat that way. »
